SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during holidays or promotional periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
While we work closely with trusted shipping partners, delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel confident shopping with Darcase.
If your package arrives damaged or if there is an issue with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation and assist you.
In cases where a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will process a refund once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to reship orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Initiating a Return
- Fill out the Customer Service Form HERE. We will require the information below.
- First and Last Name
- Your DARCASE™ Order Number
- Your email address (used to place your order)
- Include reason for return/exchange in the message field
- You will receive a mailing label via email from our customer service team. Please follow their instructions. This label will include the return address. Please note that all items being returned must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
- After we process your return, you will receive credit back to your original form of payment. If your refund is being applied back to a bank card or credit card, expect the credit to appear on your account within 7-10 days after you receive notification that we have refunded your account.
